RACING RECORD

I have now created a separate website to carry my memories of each race I have complete so far.

Please have a look, especially if you might be wondering about doing any of these races at some stage.

If you've never run a race before, give one a try, even a 3K fun run somewhere local. They are truly life enhancing experiences. NEVER worry about being last, at the very least you would be performing a great public service for everyone else who thought they would be..... Just worry about doing your best on the day. You will get as much respect as everyone else, because all the runners will know what you have achieved.
