I've now finally decided that I want to do more to help anyone out there who wants to lose a bit of weight, or get a little fitter, or even both!
I know that the Forum is not necessarily the way that many would want to start a conversation, as it is very open and public, and this can be a very personal subject indeed, so I have set up this facility so that ANYONE who wants to chat can now contact me directly.
I GUARANTEE COMPLETE AND TOTAL ANONYMITY, AND NO MESSAGES WILL EVER BE PUBLISHED IN ANY FORM, ANYWHERE.
I GUARANTEE THAT EVERY MESSAGE WILL BE ANSWERED AS QUICKLY AS I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE, AND PERSONALLY BY ME, TISM.
At the moment this site remains totally unsponsored, and this service is provided absolutely free.
